Responsibilities
Maintains files for the assigned area and oversees other clerical work as needed.
Assists with phones for the department and acts as a liaison with other departments.
Provides support to other jobsites and vouchers invoices as necessary.
Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel.
Coordinates services such as maintenance, repairs, supplies, etc. for the assigned area.
Reviews, composes, and answers correspondence and distributes mail accordingly.

Required
Construction experience preferred.
Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
Good telephone etiquette.
High school graduate or equivalent education.
Minimum of 2-3 years secretarial experience.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
