Responsibilities

Lead the charge in creating groundbreaking design directions that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.

Translate the visions of partners and brand into impactful graphics and prints for both apparel and footwear.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, external collaborators, and mentor and grow the design team.

Required

Bachelor degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant design work experience or in a related field

Experience with both print and digital media

Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills

Mastery of the creative process, guiding the team through all stages of design

Excellent storytelling skills

Mastery in presentation and communication skills

Ability to lead product creation while leveraging 3D capabilities and video content

Proficiency in digital design software (Creative Suite)

Deep understanding of make and manufacturing processes

Profound knowledge of fashion and elevated craft

Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams under high-pressure environments

Collaborative spirit with excellent soft skills and flexibility to manage multiple projects, work with external partners, and cross-functional teams efficiently
