Responsibilities

Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive presentations, and job aids

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of information

Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences

Utilize authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite to create multimedia-rich e-learning modules

Implement SCORM standards for compatibility with learning management systems

Conduct quality assurance checks on all training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and clarity

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design
