Responsibilities

Responsible for developing streamlined accounting and financial processes, including financial reporting at the KPI level for senior management.

Provide financial support and assist in all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for US and international operations.

Perform financial analysis of business performance and address problems and areas where senior management should become more focused.

Provide predictive financial information to allow for the proper business decisions and meaningful variance analysis for actual results versus forecast and budget targets.

Provide financial support and assist with the licensor royalty reporting.

Support system and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy including Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation.

Design and maintain auditing reports to identify issues with ERP system data.

Communicate effectively and accurately with our overseas team.

Utilize ERP system to manage budget, forecast and finance information.
