Responsibilities
Support and drive the creation and maintenance of a scalable data architecture that supports both current and future business needs, anticipating growth and evolving requirements.
Develop and communicate the data strategy, integrating and normalizing data from multiple sources for insights and reports.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data reliability and integrity.
Own the development of automated reporting and insights generation capabilities for business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Architect the data infrastructure for AI-first features and advanced analytics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and decisions, driving alignment among stakeholders.

Required
6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology product environment - startup experience a plus
Extensive experience designing and implementing data infrastructure solutions, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and SQL, with the ability to optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability
Proven track record of integrating data from diverse sources such as Salesforce, Segment, and Jira, ensuring data quality and consistency across the organization
Familiarity with API integrations, data connectors, and middleware platforms to streamline data ingestion and synchronization processes
Experience implementing automated reporting and dashboarding solutions using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Thoughtspot) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) to extract insights from data
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI-driven features and models
Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/validation processes, with a focus on building scalable and reliable AI solutions
Strategic mindset with the ability to align data initiatives with business goals and objectives, driving long-term value creation and competitive advantage through a top-tier data infrastructure and data-driven insights
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions under pressure, considering trade-offs and risks to achieve optimal outcomes
Willing and able to work in an open office environment in New York City in a hybrid structure. This role is not remote-eligible
Preferred
Experience in a startup environment
Experience with Snowflake and Redshift data warehouses
Experience with Salesforce, Segment, and Jira data integration
Experience with Tableau, Thoughtspot, Python, and R for data analysis and reporting
Experience in AI and machine learning projects
