Responsibilities
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
Works on problems of limited scope.
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders.
May deliver presentations and training courses.
Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives and supports continuous improvement programs.
Supports various departments in organizing information needed to perform work consistently.

Required
Strong MS Outlook experience (ie Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to easily facilitate meetings between clients
Preferred
Helpful if experience with any type of Project Management Software and/or Visio
