Responsibilities

Lead product development from initial concept through development, launch, and post-launch analysis, ensuring the product meets market expectations.

Gain a deep understanding of the industry, customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.

Clearly communicate product priorities, experiments, and decisions.

Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.

Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

Work with the Engineering team to iterate on our self-service conversion flows to increase no-touch sales.

Drive research, requirements, and design specifications for platform capabilities to solve inefficiencies.

Own discovery process for new product lines and features.

Create product requirement documents (PRDs) that succinctly explain a feature’s job to be done, the opportunity, the success metrics.

Write stories and design specs.

Dive deep into the data to understand the why behind trends and create new features to accelerate those trends.

Required

4+ years experience in a Product Management role.

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results.

Operates with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people and translate non-technical needs into engineering tasks.

Strong communicator and collaborator.

Strong analytical skills and experience in product or related fields.

Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and data analysis tools.
