Responsibilities

Responsible for developing elegant and innovative experiences that demonstrate empathy for users and an innate understanding of their day-to-day.

Responsible for creating a consistent user experience across product lines.

Distill customer needs from many diverse inputs and translate them into solutions that solve complex business problems.

Create mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes to communicate experiences to product and engineering.

Initiate and lead usability and A/B testing to validate designs before development and quickly iterate designs based on feedback.

Run design thinking and story mapping workshops with key business stakeholders.

Conduct user and market research to understand pain points, gaps and needs and develop solutions that exceed their expectations.

Collaborate with product managers to understand the requirements and the business value, so that designs meet goals.

Collaborate with developers to build feasible, yet delightful experiences and understand the underlying technology enough to have meaningful scope discussions.

Continuously strive to optimize our process from discovery to delivery.

Create reusable, scalable visual and interactive design patterns that can translate easily across product lines.

Develop and champion a design system to ensure that our products have a consistent “look and feel” and experience.

Effectively present design work and rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership for review and feedback.

Work in a fast-paced, agile environment supporting multiple products and initiatives.
