Responsibilities

Creating & Managing Social Media Posts:

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels and respond to audience interactions.

Analyze social media metrics.

Creating New Hire Bios & Anniversary Posts:

Write and design engaging bios for new hires.

Create and manage celebratory posts for employee anniversaries.

Updating Brochures, Hand-outs, & Tradeshow Banners:

Assist in the design and update of marketing collateral including brochures, hand-outs, and tradeshow banners.

Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines.

Creating Various Projects Utilizing Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign:

Design visually appealing graphics for various marketing projects using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all materials.

Managing Company Inventory on Website:

Update and manage the inventory listings on the company website.

Ensure product descriptions and images are accurate and up-to-date.

Creating & Managing Email Campaigns:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and company news.

Monitor and report on email campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
