Responsibilities

Leads deal teams to develop, present proposals / pitches for new opportunities.

Leads prospecting workshops to grow business within the market.

Applies business development strategies and collaborates with other client partners to achieve goals.

Reviews and monitors performance of the assigned market and sales opportunity pipeline to drive results.

Participates in deal teams to develop, present proposals / pitches for new opportunities.

Develops an effective external network to identify new business opportunities.

Delivers exceptional customer service and builds trust through expertise and support.

Develops and maintains long-term, profitable relationships with clients.

Provides subject matter expertise and assistance with complex deal structuring.

Acts timely, efficiently, and independently, taking ownership of client satisfaction.

May include focused calling and pipeline management activities.

Acts as a central point of contact to answer or resolve queries.

Advises business clients / partners on cash management and deposits solutions.

Provides subject matter expertise on market conditions and trends.

Works jointly with partners and stakeholders to develop non-standard pricing agreements.

Provides advice and guidance on implementation of solutions.

Develops and manages banking relationships and plans for prospective clients.

Provides oversight, monitoring, and reporting for regulatory remediation.

Analyzes financial data to determine client needs for proper structuring of products and services.

Plans, executes, and fulfills cash management product solutions sales and services activities.

Provides product and process knowledge to stakeholders.

Identifies risks and takes appropriate actions to maintain operational integrity.
