Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs
Handle inquiries and requests from customers, ensuring their needs are addressed
Monitor accounts to provide services within budget and meet client needs
Collaborate with team members to enhance business processes
Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal and external teams
Manage client tasks, deadlines, and priorities in coordination with project management
Assist with incoming requests and escalations
Focus on client success and build trusting relationships
Track and measure key account metrics
Work on multiple projects concurrently

Required

Proven ability to work on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
Tech-savvy. Ability to quickly figure things out on your own when working with various tools. This is crucial for this position
Accountable, mature, responsible, organized, and delivers on promises
Strong client management skills with an assertive yet empathic presence. (i.e., you’re nice)
Extremely organized, detail oriented, and focused on quality assurance
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines
Clear, concise and compelling communication (visual, verbal, and written) skills
Available during EST mornings and afternoons
