Architect and build high-performance, high-quality software designed for enterprise capacity.

Required
Ability and aptitude for solving complex problems with simple solutions
Forward thinking that anticipates the needs of our users and the enterprise
Communication skills to teach users, both in writing and speaking
Open-source mindset, understanding of how/when to split functionality into reusable libs that can benefit the whole OSS community beyond the enterprise
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js and React, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Knowledge of Accessibility and Web Standards
Understanding of React and its core principles
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
Experience with common JavaScript development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc.
Experience writing automated tests
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Ability to perform benchmarking and optimization
