Responsibilities

System Design • Proven experience design work for the JDE EnterpriseOne application.

Collaborates with leads to specify and design moderately complex systems. Selects appropriate design standards, methods, and tools, consistent with enterprise and solution architectures and ensures they are applied effectively.

Collaborates to review others' system designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology.

Contributes to policy for selection of architecture components. Evaluates and undertakes impact analysis on major design options and assesses and manages associated risks.

Researches, documents, and implements program requirements and specifications.

Ensures that the system design balances functional, service quality, security, and systems management requirements.

Programming/Software Development:

Supports in the analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, correcting, and documenting of moderately complex programs and scripts from approved specifications and subsequent iterations, using enterprise standards and tools.

Proven programming/software development in JDE EnterpriseOne. Experience with JDE Proprietary Toolset, Orchestrator, Process Scheduling, and SFTP.

Collaborates in reviews of specifications, with others as appropriate.

Collaborates with analysts and designers in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications.

Oversees the quality assurance of program logic, data processing, and error resolution.

Takes an active role in cross-departmental projects when needed.

Application Support • Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications. This may require communicating with non-technical business partners.

Administers diagnostic analysis of test results and deliver solutions to critical areas.

Consistently writes, translates, and codes software programs and applications according to specifications.

Assists with specified change management and maintenance procedures.

Gathers statistics and prepares and writes reports on the status of the programming process for discussion with management and/or team members.

Collaborate with primary customer support, network administrators, systems analysts, database administrators, systems engineering administrators, software engineers, quality assurance, and business partners to resolve any defects in products or company systems.

Systems Integration • Produces software build for loading onto the target hardware from software source code.

Uses established CI/CD tools and methodologies.

Collaborates with network administrators, systems analysts, database administrators, systems engineering administrators, software engineers, and quality assurance to ensure software is implemented effectively.

Required

At least 2 years professional full-stack web application development experience.

Proven experience design work for the JDE EnterpriseOne application.

Proven programming/software development in JDE EnterpriseOne. Experience with JDE Proprietary Toolset, Orchestrator, Process Scheduling, and SFTP.

Experienced at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Effective at prioritizing and executing tasks.

Able to work on several projects simultaneously.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

Strong written and oral communications skills.

Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with technical and business partners.
