Responsibilities
Greet visitors and answer phones
Manage calendars and meeting schedules
Open and review incoming mail, emails, memos, and reports
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, etc.
Maintain personnel files and assist with recruitment/onboarding activities
Order office supplies
Make deposits and manage petty cash
Assist with meetings and special events
Perform additional tasks and manage short- and long-term projects as required

Required
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proven experience building relationships with diverse individuals and groups
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Aptitude for learning new business, office management, accounting, and technology procedures
Computer proficiency including word processing, MS Excel or Google Sheets; Google Platform a plus
Self-starter who can work well independently
Able to create a welcoming, productive business environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to exercise discretion and confidentiality
