Responsibilities
Prepares, assists with and tracks proposals; statements of qualifications; requests for quotations, and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;
Composes, edits, and creates graphic material, and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs and other reports;
Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm’s business development and marketing activities;
Prepares and completes standard federal forms;
Assists in the coordination of trade shows and special events;
Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure the success of meeting deadlines;
Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; and
Performs other duties as requested.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and editing skills
Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables
Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator software programs
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities
Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
