Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage experimental setups for thermal decomposition process.
Contribute to the development and translation of thermal technologies into designs and production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance comprehension and efficiency of the regeneration process.
Perform thermal simulations using industry standard CFD tools.
Characterize thermal designs and assemblies through testing and data analysis.

Required
PhD, MS, or BS in Engineering, Science, or a related field
Expertise in designing, instrumenting, and analyzing experimental setups
Proficiency in modeling, especially CFD (Computation Fluid Dynamics) for thermal design
Deep understanding and passion for heat transfer and fluid dynamics
Proficiency in at least one thermal simulation tool like Ansys Fluent
Hands-on experience and proficiency in thermal testing (i.e., thermal sensors, automated data acquisition, system assembly, and data analysis techniques)
Meticulous attention to detail in experimental work
Ability to troubleshoot effectively when experimental data deviates from expectations
