Responsibilities

Support creation of R&D roadmaps for products and technology competency.

Drive funding activities for internal R&D reference platform funding.

Lead product development efforts from concept to mass manufacturing.

Architect and guide analysis and simulation activities for system design characteristics.

Identify internal and external resources to support product development cycle.

Comply with safety and health regulations, and Jabil processes and procedures.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.

10-12+ years of experience in concept-to-production development experience/full product development is essential (concept, requirements, system architecture, specification, design, drawing release, change order management, testing, validation, production).

Experience in Energy Storage Systems, EV Charging Systems, power electronics, grid power generation and distribution, battery and/or charging systems.

Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Experience in electrical and mechanical CAD tools.

Experience in high-level software development.
