Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for user-facing touchpoints of models, from concept to launch.

Participate in user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends.

Contribute to design systems for consistency and scalability across products.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies.

Mentor designers and foster a collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other departments to understand cross-functional needs.

Drive innovation and design thinking for actionable outcomes.

Integrate innovative solutions into digital strategies by staying informed of emerging technologies and design trends.

Required

7 - 10 years of professional experience in full stack product design

Proven track record of successful projects on both B2B and consumer products

Experience in startups and larger, established tech companies

Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Experience working with user research, usability testing, and data analysis

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
