Responsibilities

Help Project Manager with driving time-boxed iterations called sprints.

Support Project Manager in sprint planning, daily-stands, sprint reviews, retrospective, and scrum board administration.

Assist in removing impediments.

Work as an Agile Business Analyst to understand Agile methodology, business requirements, and facilitate stakeholder understanding.

Analyze Business Domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements.

Assist Product Owner in developing and managing Product strategy.

Stock and Groom the Product Catalog.

Break user stories into Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Help the development team understand the bigger picture.

Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.

Serve as Proxy Product Owner when necessary.

Help Project Manager with sprint planning, daily-stands, sprint reviews, retrospective, scrum board administration

Act as an Agile Business Analyst (Agile BA) to work with stakeholders and development team

Analyze Business Domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements

Help Product Owner develop and manage Product strategy

Stock and Groom the Product Catalog

Break user stories into Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Strong Communication Skills

Flexibility and Adaptability

Knowledge of Different Tools and Techniques for Agile

Facilitation skills

CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification
