Responsibilities
Help lead initiatives supporting day-to-day development within live content areas.
Define and improve existing client tools used in development.
Develop tools and resources to streamline release and development processes.
Work across disciplines to develop tools promoting stability.
Integrate with other build systems and coordinate release processes and development workflows.
Improve the continuous integration pipeline.
Investigate automation and testing frameworks to enhance the development pipeline.
Design and develop gameplay mechanics through scripting.

Required
Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional game development experience or a demonstrative equivalent level of expertise.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency with Unity.
Pokémon TCG knowledge is a plus.
Exceptional work ethic and passion for growth.
Ability to analyze complex problems and present multiple solutions.
Ability to context switch and adapt with relative ease.
Effective communication skills, especially within teams and with technical information.
Ability to accurately identify and navigate risks through the product planning process.
Experience with creating and supporting Unity Editor tools.
Experience working with Perforce/version control.
Experience with live and content supported projects.
