Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and guide Scrum teams, encouraging self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including but not limited to sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint review, refinement, and retrospectives ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.

Support and educate the team with prioritization, refinement and managing the backlog.

Anticipate and identify challenges and roadblocks and recommend, own and drive solutions.

Partner with other Scrum Masters to identify cross team dependencies and areas of opportunity.

Foster a productive and positive team environment by promoting open communication, constructive feedback, and effective conflict resolution.

Contribute to documentation efforts and knowledge sharing activities to ensure the transfer of learnings and best practices within the organization.

Keep up to date with Agile methodologies and industry trends, ensuring the adoption of best practices and suggesting process improvements.
