Responsibilities
Lead data science projects focused on strategic modeling and predictions.
Identify and share standard processes in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
Design and implement predictive models, evaluate model performance, and present results.
Lead projects applying Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
Serve as a mentor, provide training programs on ML concepts, and foster continuous learning.
Collaborate with leadership, recommend analyses, and shape the research agenda.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD in quantitative field preferred)
5-7 years of professional experience
4+ years designing and building data flows
3+ years training others on coding languages and data science concepts
Preferred
Experience working with student and/or staff datasets
