Responsibilities

Good understanding of loan documents such as Property Tax Certificates, Preliminary Title Reports and other documents provided by taxing authorities.

Enter/update information such as payment due dates, payee codes, etc. in a tracking report.

Research tax due dates, payee names and agency codes from a tax database and enter information in a tracking report.

Document detailed information of any discrepancies by entering accurate notes in the tracking report.

Required

2+ years of mortgage experience with knowledge of impound/escrow documents and payment histories

Proficient in Excel

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills

Flexible to changing priorities, deadlines and multi-tasking

IEAD experience (initial escrow account disclosure)

Need understanding of what disbursement lines mean on an escrow disclosure

Preferred

Experience with Encompass LOS system
