Responsibilities

Own and shepherd the Product Design strategy, principles and guidelines working closely with Product Management and Engineering.

Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of users' needs to create well-designed products.

Lead and manage the Product Design team, guiding their growth and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product ideas and solutions.

Champion users' needs throughout the product design and development process.

Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and meet project milestones.

Optimize collaboration processes with key R&D teams.

Interact with Executive and Functional leaders to strategize and execute product initiatives.

Share user insights with the organization and contribute to product improvements.
