Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Self-driven, motivated to win and capable of selling premium products on value vs. pricing
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services within budget and meet their needs
Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Generate progress reports for clients and direct manager within the organization
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

3-5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred location of residence Western US
Ability to negotiate pricing with builders in multiple markets
Project management skills
Cross sell multiple product lines, Stone and Roofing
Analytical, financial and data driven
Office suite proficient
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce
Professional certification (ex: from Strategic Account Management Association)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
