Responsibilities
Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of projects during a digital transformation.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure resource availability and allocation.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for project execution and manage client relationships.
Perform risk management analysis, report to upper management, and measure project performance.
Create and maintain project documentation, manage software development projects, and facilitate sprint releases.

Required
Possess a high-level understanding of the software development life cycle
Proven experience as a Project Manager for IT implementations and software development
Experience managing changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, assessing impacts and obtaining necessary approvals
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Project budget management experience
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
