Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather tooling and business requirements.
Translate requirements into technical specifications, providing clarity, context, and data flows for the offshore development team.
Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Implement and integrate vendor APIs to expand the functionality of systems and services.
Architect and maintain service-oriented architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation scripts and API integrations to guarantee quality and reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in automation, API integration, and related fields.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience as a software developer, with a focus on Python development.
Proven expertise in building automation solutions using Python and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Selenium).
Extensive experience in integrating and working with vendor APIs.
Strong understanding of service-oriented architectures and microservices principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred
Familiarity with telephony systems (e.g., VoIP, PBX) and/or databases (SQL, NoSQL) is a plus.
