Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for other Business Intelligence Analysts and provide senior-level management experience to direct their work.

Maintain the current set of Data Extracts used for creating Dashboards and Reports.

Create Data Sets suitable for a self-service model.

Document new analytical products and maintain/enhance data dictionary.

Conduct ad hoc reporting on strategic and operational questions.

Track and report performance metrics for operational teams.

Meet with functional department leads to review analytical needs and prioritize requests.

Perform deep-dive analyses to answer business questions and create presentations to communicate findings.
