Responsibilities
Planning, managing, and delivering construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Leading and managing the project team, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure all aspects of the project are executed as planned.
Overseeing all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
Ensuring all projects adhere to safety standards and building regulations.
Coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to define project requirements and establish project work plan.
Conducting regular inspections to ensure that work is proceeding as planned and that materials and equipment are of the highest quality.
Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Required
A minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience with paint, coating, sealant, caulking, waterproofing, and commercial projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management software.
Solid understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of local, state and federal building code regulations.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
