Responsibilities
With the assistance of inside and third party resources, ensure marketing projects meet their objectives and key dates from creative concept through final distribution of marketing and sales aides to their intended targets
Maintain files and other essential assets and information in an orderly and accessible manner
Understand the brand’s marketing guidelines and ensure content and materials adhere to this
Familiarize yourself with drivers and motivators of the brand’s target audiences to help ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Through communication & relationships with the company’s franchise partners, understand their needs & behaviors to ensure network support & adoption of marketing programs developed
Assist in the development of effective sales aides, promotional offers, internal sales contests, & program training that help drive the effectiveness of our outside sales representative channel
Maintain a marketing calendar optimized for the seasonality of certain products & market segments
Collaborate with analytics & the Director of Sales to optimize targeting of sales & marketing campaigns
Leverage the CRM and an in-house analytics team to produce actionable reports on marketing KPIs & results
Keep our network (franchise owners, managers, & staff) abreast of critical information through regular communications including emails & newsletters
Coordinate with & manage relationships with key marketing vendors that provide products &/or services to our network
Manage & balance a complex multi-million dollar marketing budget

Required
Experience or applicable skills in development and implementation of marketing for a field-based sales force (2+ years preferred)
Experience in marketing to a finite customer-based where consistently high retention rates are critical
Strong analytic skills using Excel (required)
Exceptional attention to detail with regards to copy write, testing methodology, reporting, and communications
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time as well as maintain a repository of marketing assets
Ability to manage a complex budget
Up to 10% Travel
Preferred
Crossover sales management experience a strong plus
This role will be hybrid out of Benicia, California, with a Tuesday – Thursday weekly in-office work schedule plus Mondays & Fridays with the option to work remotely
