Responsibilities
Driving the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
Developing and communicating product needs to engineering counterparts to ensure high quality and accelerate time to market
Owning the delivery timeline and balancing product quality and delivery timeline decisions
Collaborating on new product ideas and go-to-market plans
Managing risk and cost to maximize ROI of product improvements
Maintaining product roadmap and aligning product development projects with business objectives
Collaborating with executive stakeholders to address company's needs
Outlining product strategy through detailed requirements for final product development
Leading prioritization, development, and QA efforts with internal and contract development teams
Developing design principles to improve customer engagement, usability, performance, and scalability of the product

Required
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
3+ years experience in product management
Previous experience in ERP systems
