Responsibilities

Responsible for International technological customer support for quality and production optimization including documentation

Support the Installation in green field projects or prototypes

Application engineering consulting and technical sales support

Training of customers and Buhler personnel on the die casting machine or on complex production cells

Trainer for training courses also abroad (process optimization, electronics, hydraulics, etc.)

Contact person for process-related issues in development projects

Planning, manage, operate, documentation and evaluation of tests in the Technology Center for customer projects and for process development

Travel required

Required

Experienced casting technologist

Knowledge of electrics/electronics and hydraulic components

Good MS Office skills

Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage

Analytical skills with hands-on mentality

Good communication skills and service-oriented personality

Very independent and self-reliant way of working

Able to work under pressure, flexible and outgoing

Preferred

Further education in casting technology

Expert in structural castings

Expert knowledge in the field of die casting, material technology and fluid technology
