Responsibilities
Support internal Planning & MarSci teams to build advanced ML models to cluster and segment audiences, scale and deploy custom audiences across various platforms/publishers.
Partner with the Activation teams to help measure and optimize campaign performance by running descriptive and diagnostic analyses in clean rooms and/or other analytics platforms (e.g., Google ADH, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Design and present decks that communicate data (campaign performance, test results, and ad-hoc analyses) as a compelling narrative.
Assist in designing tech infrastructure and data pipelines (ETL, data automation, data querying, etc.) as needed.
Contribute to the Data Science practice by helping build a knowledge repository through decks, documents, and other artifacts.

Required
Hands-on experience in implementing ML techniques for segmentation, predictive modeling, association rules, state transitions and other applications.
Proficient in standard SQL, Python (including pandas, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib) or R
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
Working knowledge of database design, data modeling and ETL process
Problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and act with a strong sense of urgency without compromising executional excellence
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
2-3 years of overall work experience in a data science or related role
An advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fields
Preferred
Working knowledge of AdTech and MarTech platforms/solutions is preferred: Programmatic marketplace, CRM onboarding, identity resolution solutions, clean rooms, etc.
