Responsibilities

Leads the development and implementation of test strategies for network and communications software, including both manual and automated testing.

Collaborates with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and develop effective test plans.

Oversees the creation and maintenance of detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Manages the test environment setup, including configuration of network hardware and software components.

Analyzes test results, identify issues and trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

Drives continuous improvement in the testing process through the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Mentors and develops team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on network and communications products AND with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience.

Experience in test automation tool test management software and defect tracking systems.

Experience with Linux, Windows OS and networking facilities, network protocols, communication systems, and related technologies.
