Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements and develop action plans.

Provide problem-solving support for machine and process-related issues.

Develop and update work instructions, process standards, and tooling requirements.

Oversee tooling and dies management for optimizing machine performance.

Evaluate machine guarding systems and ensure safety compliance.

Validate and analyze Connected Factory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Utilize data analysis and statistical tools for continuous improvement opportunities.

Assist in change management activities for process changes and new technology implementations.

Collaborate with product development team for new products and process modifications.

Required

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
