Responsibilities

Leading a team of Field Property Claims Adjusters in conducting onsite coverage and damages assessments.

Building a team focused on providing a responsive, first-class customer experience.

Managing team performance, administration, training, development, and coaching.

Analyzing trends and implementing actions to avoid recurrence.

Promoting a culture committed to process efficiencies.

Ensuring claims meet or exceed quality and regulatory requirements.

Participating in employee recruitment.

Required

5+ years of property claims field experience with 2+ years in a leadership role

Extensive estimating experience in Mobile Claims/Symbility

Strong organizational, planning, delegation problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge and experience using major data analytics platforms

Advanced knowledge of construction and repair methodologies

Holds or meets requirements for licensing

Ability to travel frequently, conduct ride-alongs and field inspections

Preferred

Catastrophe claim handling, leadership, or coordination experience

Strong process development and analytical skills

Vendor management experience

Bachelor’s degree
