Responsibilities

Apply a structured and standard approach to leading process definition and requirements definition/design activities.

Review and update methodologies within the organization to manage improvements.

Consult with other initiative stakeholders and function as a member of a collaborative team.

Support communication efforts related to requirements definition/gathering activities and processes.

Document requirements and change requests using appropriate techniques.

Contribute to project management overall, support identification of business management/process issues, and data definition opportunities.

Support project management fundamentals on small projects.

Requirements gathering and documentation, test case development and support, creating process models, and working understanding of technology applications.

Required

Candidate’s professional experience includes at least 7 years of demonstrable experience conducting business analysis work across a variety of projects

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, facilitative, and consultative skills

Analytical thinking and problem solving

Ability to aide in managing documented risks appropriately

Being meticulous and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy, exceptional organizational skills

Knowledge of business structure and stakeholder analysis

Knowledge of and ability to apply project management fundamentals on small projects

Requirements gathering and documentation

Test case development and support

Experience with creating process models

Working understanding of networks, databases, business intelligence/analytics tools, and other technology that may be applied to further enable business process
