Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Analyst will help lead product management efforts on their assigned product portfolio which may consist of one or more products

Product portfolios may contain products utilizing different technology stacks and execution methods, and range from collections of reusable components to full stack internally and/or externally developed platforms

This role will also work with other developers and business stakeholders to define requirements, groom user stories, and consult with development teams on various projects

Proactive and able to identify potential issues and can come up with solutions that can be shared with supervisor

Research and resolve issues identified in application systems and interfaces

Understands change management processes and can work with ITG representatives in corporate office to ensure completed code is migrated properly from one environment to another

Provide research and resolution of issues identified in the application and interfaces
