Responsibilities

Partner with the Director to advance Corporate Legal's data journey and create reports using data visualizations.

Support ebilling and matter management operations.

Execute on the Corporate Legal Operations Strategic Plan.

Implement methods to improve department efficiency and productivity, including workflow automation.

Assist with technology roll-outs and change management strategies.

Support effective outside counsel and vendor management.

Optimize knowledge sharing and collaboration across the department.

Participate in legal operations industry groups and initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.
