Responsibilities

Lead the process of gathering and documenting requirements for software development.

Conduct user interviews to understand their needs and translate these into user stories.

Manage the tracking of tasks related to software development and onboarding of new business units.

Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the developed product meets user needs.

Ensure manual Quality Assurance Testing is conducted effectively and efficiently.

Utilize AB Testing to optimize product performance and user experience.

Participate in Backlog Grooming to prioritize product features for development.

Apply Agile Development principles in managing the product development process.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders about product progress and any issues.

Required

Proven experience as a Product Manager for at least 7 years

Proficiency in AB Testing

Ability to conduct Requirements Gathering Sessions

Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Familiarity with Backlog Grooming

Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies

Proficiency in Quality Assurance Testing

Ability to create and manage User Stories

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving capabilities

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Advanced technical skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

Strong decision-making abilities, with a proven track record in product development strategies

Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and forecasting techniques

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Proven record in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
