Responsibilities
Responsible for product branding, positioning, and overall marketing plan for Realms, Marketplace Pass, and upcoming online experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans and execute campaigns for key marketplace content updates and subscription services.
Manage marketing of subscription monthly service updates to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of subscribers.
Partner with Business Owner to execute marketing activities that reduce churn and increase subscriber engagement.
Develop paid media campaigns in collaboration with IMC and media teams to drive acquisition and retention.
Work with Player Lifecycle Management team on in-game messages for subscriber engagement.
Manage relationships with platform partners for promotional opportunities.
Provide brand direction across various channels for marketing consistency.
Coordinate with community teams on editorial strategy for subscriptions and multiplayer experiences.
Define an experimental approach to test campaign effectiveness.

Required
2+ years of Marketing experience
