Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and workflow automations.

Working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaborating with other developers and architects to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

Mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members.

Identifying and resolving technical issues and roadblocks.

Staying current on ServiceNow's best practices, trends, and new functionality.

Participating in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.

Contributing to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure code quality.

Troubleshooting and debugging issues with existing solutions.

Performing other duties as needed or assigned.
