Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the master calendar for the President of the Americas Region and other Vice Presidents.
Coordinate travel arrangements, process invoices, and set up new vendors.
Reconcile expenses using Concur.
Organize in-person Board and Regional team meetings, outings, and special events, including catering.
Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize desktop publishing software (such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Suite) to create polished presentation materials.
Incorporate multiple datasets into complex presentations.
Act as a buffer for the President, collaborating with the Administrative team and internal/external parties to minimize interruptions.
Coordinate multiple Leadership Team (LT) schedules efficiently, handling competing priorities with poise and professionalism.
Demonstrate accuracy, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity while supporting a multi-unit business.
Handle highly confidential/sensitive information with trust and integrity.
Plan and execute large-scale meetings and corporate events in accordance with company guidelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert on domestic and international travel for the LT.
Execute travel arrangements, itinerary changes, and cost-saving measures effectively.

Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required - AA or BA preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior leadership (VP, SVP, DVP or C-Suite) in an administrative capacity
Preferred
Desktop publishing experience strongly desired (PowerPoint or similar)
