Responsibilities
Oversees strategic marketing managers - multifamily division
Partners with the Director and Senior Director of Marketing to implement larger strategies for multifamily portfolio management
Stays abreast about current market and competitor conditions that may impact portfolio occupancy and sales results
Brings about innovative ideas and incorporates non-industry trends to continue pushing the department and company forward
Continually researches and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels in the local market
Create, develop, and retain a strong performance-oriented strategic marketing team-one that operates with clear objectives and strategies in order to achieve brand, sales and profit goals
Available to attend and participate in presentations to prospective owners/clients to secure management agreements by preparing proposed marketing and advertising plans, developing reports that highlight RangeWater's marketing success, and meeting with clients and owners to discuss short- and long-range marketing plans
Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater's policies and performance expectations

Required
At least five years' experience in a strategic management role
Experience in property management/ real estate field is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Office365, Canva, Facebook Business Manager is a plus
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary for financial records and budgets
Understanding of property operations and lease terms
Proficiency in word processing, property management applications, and spreadsheet management programs
Strong personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with Canva
Proficiency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances
Current valid driver's license is required
