Responsibilities

Develop and Optimize BI Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Implement complex ETL processes and ensure data governance standards.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Create advanced reports and dashboards, conduct data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Collaboration and Innovation: Work with IT and business units to enhance BI strategy, recommend improvements, and stay updated on industry trends.
Project Management and Support: Lead BI projects, provide technical support and training, ensure timely delivery.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence development.
Strong Experience in data visualization with Microsoft Power BI.
Strong Experience in Power BI Report Building (former SSRS).
Strong skills in SQL and database management, with a solid understanding of data warehousing principles.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis and develop insightful reports and dashboards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PL-300 - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate is required.

Preferred

Experience with programming languages (Python, R) for data analysis is highly desirable.
DP-600 - Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate is highly desirable.
Experience in Azure Databrick is a plus.
Experience in Boomi Integration is a plus.
