Responsibilities

Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project
Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
Performs monthly estimates at completion.
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects and customers.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field, desired but may be substituted with extensive construction management experience.
A minimum of 10 years of federal construction experience required.
PMP, CAPM, LEED AP, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
Must live in the United States, remote/hybrid location potential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Must be able to develop and maintain project schedules in MS project and similar programs.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must be able to travel to job sites on a regular basis.
Obtain an interim Top Secret security clearance.
Obtain and maintain a fully adjudicated Top Secret security clearance.
Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
Must maintain licenses and/or credentials required for this position.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
Highly motivated, flexible organized and must be detail oriented.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to maintain ability to access government worksite.
Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
