Responsibilities

Assist in enhancing procurement SOPs through process improvement initiatives.

Provide contract execution support to project teams within procurement operations.

Administer and support Request for Proposals (RFPs) as required.

Develop, update, and maintain various reports and dashboards using PowerBI to ensure visibility across the business.

Coordinate deliveries for multiple utility-scale solar and energy projects.

Support contracting endeavors by furnishing information for exhibits, liaising with counterparties, and participating in negotiations.

Coordinate Request for Information (RFI) responses from subject matter experts across departments.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential vendors.

Manage relationships with logistics service providers and suppliers.

Assist in inventory and maintenance operations for Arevon-owned equipment.

Support negotiations for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Transportation services.

Evaluate and support vendor receiving processes and documentation.

Compile and maintain all transportation documentation.

Required

1-3 years of experience in procurement, operations, or logistics (Exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered).

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues and vendors.

Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Self-directed with a penchant for working independently and prioritizing tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
