Responsibilities

Acquire, maintain, teach, and demonstrate knowledge of Continuum of Care, Integrated Core Practice Model, and trauma-informed care.

Oversee evaluations, rate change submissions, and maintain professional environment consistent with regulations.

Participate in county meetings, act as liaison for policy changes, and monitor program spending.

Set clear goals for employees, track progress, provide feedback, and address performance issues promptly.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

MA/MS in Social Work, Human Services, or other relevant field required.

Two years of experience working with adolescents/ young adults required or BA/BS with a minimum of four years of experience supervising staff and experience working with children and families in crisis.
