Responsibilities

Provide IT-focused end-user support in best practice development, operations support, and problem resolution for the engineering community.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Siemens products including Teamcenter Unified.

Perform root cause analysis, debugging problems with the Teamcenter environment, and work with technical teams to develop fixes.

Monitor, address, and resolve Teamcenter production environment incidents, service requests, workflows, etc.

Document system support aspects to facilitate knowledge sharing among support teams.

Support system integration testing with business users and provide demos when required.

Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live and in production.
