Responsibilities

• Conduct User Research: Engage with users through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable feedback and insights. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges when using our product.
• Data-Driven Recommendations: Develop and present comprehensive reports on website performance, user engagement, and product usage metrics. Translate data into actionable recommendations to enhance the resume builder's features and functionality.
• Collaborate on Product Enhancements: Work closely with the product team to brainstorm and implement new features, improvements, and optimizations based on data and user feedback.
• A/B Testing: Assist in designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and product iterations.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in website analytics, user experience design, and AI-powered resume building.
